RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges at this time. If you are not completely happy with order and would like to return an item for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification. After this time we can’t offer you a refund. All returned items must be in their unused state including tags and hygiene stickers. Any items which do not meet these conditions will be refused and mailed back to the sender.

*Returns will not apply to intimate clothing, jewellery, makeup and skincare products.

Will I get a refund when I return an item?

All items will have to go through a refund approval process to check that the item is still in new condition and can be re-sold. Once approved the price of the item will be refunded within 28 working days. All items should be returned in their unused state including tags and hygiene stickers.

** Please allow working days for a refund to be processed on merchandise received in a damaged condition.
