Question What does backorder mean?
AnswerPreorder: This is an item not readily available because it has to be manufactured specifically for you when you place an order.T

Backorder: This is an item which is temporariliy unavaible (i.e out-of stock). This item will be dispatched tto you once it becomes available for shipment.

Please allow a delivery time-frame of two weeks from when the order is placed.

Question What are my size options?
AnswerEvery brand has their specific size guide/chart; this is available on every product page as per brand.
Question How do I cancel/amend an order?
AnswerPlease contact us immediately at [email protected] should you need to cancel or amend an order.  Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped from Africa. In an event where your order hasn’t been shipped, a full refund will be issued for cancelled items. Please note that items already shipped or dispatched cannot be amended or cancelled.

AnswerStandard UK shipping: £4.99.

Standard Shipping to Europe: £8.99.

Standard Shipping to the US and Canada: £13.99.

Your order will be delivered within four-five working days (excluding Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).

Question How do I return/exchange?
AnswerWe are currently unable to process exchanges at this time. Should you need to return an item for a refund, this must be done within a fourteen day (14 days) timespan after the item has been delivered to you. Parcels that exceed the number of days of return will be mailed back to the sender. All returned items must be in their unused state including tags and hygiene stickers. Any items which do not meet these conditions will be refused and mailed back to the sender.

*Returns will not apply to intimate clothing, jewellery, makeup and skincare products.

Question Will I get a refund when I return an item?
AnswerAll items will have to go through a refund approval process to check that the item is still in new condition and can be re-sold. Once approved the cost of the item will be refunded within 28 working days. All items should be returned in their unused state including tags and hygiene stickers.

You will be responsible for all return shipping costs as shipping fees will not be refunded.

** Shipping fees are only refundable when the item is faulty. Please allow working days for a refund to be processed on merchandise received in a damaged condition.
